  • When will my item be shipped?

    We aim to get all items shipped within 5 days of receiving an order.

  • Do you do international shipping?

    Unfortunately at this time we only ship within England, Scotland and Wales.

  • What if my item doesn’t fit or is damaged?

    Please make a return request as per our returns policy.

Returns Policy

We fully understand you may not always be happy with the product you have received. Please be mindful we are a small start up business and will do everything we can to fulfil your return or resolve an issue in a timely manner.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We aim to contact you within 3 days of a return request and fulfil the return 14 days after a request has been accepted.
